Douglas Morgan

Douglas Morgan is the current Director at ImageWare Systems. Prior to this, they were a Business Consultant at BioLargo, Inc from December 2018 to March 2019. Douglas has also served as the Director of Audit & Comp Committees at Identive Group (NASDAQ: INVE) previously SCM Microsystems from January 2009 to December 2010. In addition, they have been on the Advisory Board & Consultant at Clyra Medical Technologies, Inc. and Senior Consultant and Associate at JBA Enterprise, LLC. Furthermore, they were the Principal Advisor at Sucsy Fischer & Co. from January 2015 to December 2018 and Interim CEO / Executive Director at FLEx Lighting (now Azumo) from January 2014 to December 2016.

Douglas Morgan received their BS in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Douglas then attended Ridgewood High School. After high school, they received their MS in Computer Science & BioEngineering from Stanford University.
