Iara Sales

Iara Sales has a diverse work experience spanning from 2018 to present. Iara began their career as an HR Intern at Telemont, where they supported recruitment and selection processes and analyzed turnover and performance indicators. Afterward, they worked as a Tech Recruiter at PTC Group, where they attracted and engaged technology talent globally and contributed to new attraction initiatives. Iara then joined PowerToFly as a Talent Advocate, utilizing various tools to find prospects and creating content campaigns to engage them. Currently, Iara is a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at ImageX, where they develop pipeline building strategies and maintains sourcing pools of top candidates for key roles within the organization.

Iara Sales attended PUC Minas from 2014 to 2019, where they obtained a degree in Psychology. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "RH Ágil" from Gupy in December 2020, "Employer Branding" from Gupy in October 2020, "PDI - Plano de Desenvolvimento Individual" from Solides in October 2020, "Recruitment and Selection" and "Training and Development" from Prime Cursos do Brasil in May 2020, "Coaching and Team Management" from Portal Educação in February 2017, and "Criminal Psychology" from INTEGRA CURSOS in November 2016. Iara also holds an EF SET English Certificate C2 Proficient from EF Standard English Test.
