Gareth Smith

Gareth Smith Is General Manager for ImaginAb’s European Operations. Gareth has over 15 years’ experience in the field of nuclear medicine diagnostics and radiopharmaceutical therapies. He began his industrial career with GE Healthcare, working in Research and Development of novel oncology and neurology agents for PET. He later moved to Oxford University Innovation where alongside familiar medical imaging technologies he supported the commercialisation of a broad range of technologies through management of out-licensing and spin-out company capital raising and formation. Gareth was most recently Chief Operating Officer for Theragnostics supporting pipeline development, financing, and establishing global manufacturing and distribution of the companies’ products. Gareth enjoys spending time with his family gardening, hiking, and travelling. Owing to his passion for the continuous improvement in patient care Gareth remains in touch with several spin-outs he has worked with to support thinking on commercialisation of new concepts.
