Megan Silver

Megan Silver has a diverse range of work experience in the education field. Megan began their career as a Student Teacher at Saltzman East Memorial Elementary School in 2012 and later gained experience as a Student Teacher at Roslyn Heights Elementary School in 2013 and Sousa Elementary School in 2014. During their time at Hofstra University STEM Lab from 2014 to 2014, they also served as a Student Teacher. Megan then transitioned to a role as a Teacher at CLASP Day Care from 2009 to 2014. In 2011, they participated in Leadership Training. Megan further expanded their role as an educator at The International Preschools, where they worked as a Teacher from 2015 to 2018. Megan then joined All My Children Daycare & Nursery School as a Lead Teacher from 2018 to 2018 before assuming the position of Assistant Director/Teacher at Imagine Early Learning Centers - An Employee Owned Company (ESOP) in 2019. Throughout their various roles, Megan has showcased their commitment and passion for teaching.

Megan Silver obtained their Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Hofstra University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Megan further pursued their education, completing their Master's degree in Literacy Specialist at Teachers College, Columbia University from 2015 to 2016.
