Chad Cook

Chad Cook has worked in the healthcare industry since 1999. Chad began their career at Coventry Healthcare as the Director of Network Development. In 2007, they moved to IASIS Healthcare, where they served as the Regional Director of Managed Care. In 2008, they joined HealthSmart Preferred Care as the National Vice President of Network Development. Finally, in 2012, they moved to Imagine Health, Inc. where they have held two roles: Vice President Provider Engagement and Director Network Development.

Chad Cook attended The University of Texas Permian Basin from 1996 to 1999.
