Pete Smykowski

Pete Smykowski has worked in the recruitment industry since 2008. Pete began as a Technical Recruiter at a Technical Recruiting Firm in 2008. In 2011, they joined Imagine Staffing Technology as Director, Service Delivery. In this role, they were responsible for strategic assignment and recruiter selection per requisition and job search to ensure best alignment of workloads. Pete also managed the Professional Service Delivery team and was responsible for spearheading searches in Engineering, Information Technology, Administrative, Human Resources, Operations, Biotech, and Legal, among other fields. In addition, they were responsible for the successful development, delivery, and execution of recruitment campaigns. In 2013, they were promoted to Director, Recruitment & Engagement, where they managed, oversaw, and supported company-wide recruitment processes and initiatives, and was responsible for talent acquisition and management. Pete also handled hands-on recruitment for Technical, IT, and Administrative orders.

Pete Smykowski attended Genesee Community College from 2003 to 2005, where they earned an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. Pete then attended University at Buffalo from 2005 to 2007 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English.
