In 1973, a group of individuals banded together to form what would later be known as Imagine the Possibilities – a nonprofit organization that is purposed to serve individuals with disabilities. While not known then, the leaders of this organization would later join many other like-minded organizations across the state of Iowa that all had one common theme in mind – to empower people to reach individual achievement across the spectrum of life.


The focus of Imagine the Possibilities has always remained the same: to give people equal opportunities to reach their goals and be an active member of their community. One of the things that Imagine the Possibilities prides itself on is the growth opportunities for their employees, and Imagine the Possibilities has worked endlessly to recruit, equip, and empower employees to invest in the lives of the people we serve in this area.
