Grishma Surabi

Grishma Surabi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Grishma began their career in 2011 as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Cognizant, where they worked until 2014. In 2015, they joined Northern Illinois University as a Computer Lab Assistant, contributing to the university's technological infrastructure. Grishma then transitioned to iManage in 2016, starting as a Technical Support Engineer and progressing to roles such as Senior Technical Support Engineer and First Response Team Lead. Grishma'smost recent position at iManage is as a Senior Application Support Specialist, a role they have held since January 2022. Grishma's experiences have provided their with a strong foundation in technical support and customer service.

Grishma Surabi has a diverse and well-rounded education history. They pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University between 2007 and 2011. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to pursue a Masters degree in Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University from 2014 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Grishma Surabi has obtained several certifications. They have earned the iManage Work Power User certification from iManage in January 2023, followed by the iManage Certified System Engineer certification in October 2022. Prior to these, they achieved the iManage Work 10 Upgrade Specialist certification in December 2020 and the iManage Helpdesk Analyst certification in August 2020.

Furthermore, Grishma Surabi has also received certification from the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. They obtained the International Software Testing Qualifications Board- Foundation Level certification in July 2013. These certifications highlight their expertise and commitment to the field of management information systems, computer science, and software testing.
