Lauren Williams

Lauren Williams has an extensive work experience spanning various roles in sales, marketing, and project management. Lauren is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Project Management at Imbibe since December 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Business Development, Marketing, & Project Management at the same company from June 2018 to December 2020.

Before joining Imbibe, Lauren worked at Sensient Technologies Corporation where they held multiple marketing roles, including Global Director of Marketing - Sweet & Beverage from January 2017 to June 2018, Marketing Director Americas - Global Beverage Flavors in 2016, and Marketing Manager - NA Beverage Flavors from October 2013 to December 2015. In these roles, they were responsible for developing strategic initiatives, addressing business questions, and identifying consumer trends to drive growth.

Their previous experience includes working as a Marketing Specialist at The French Pastry School from November 2012 to October 2013, where they successfully managed the accreditation process and redesigned the Career Service program. Lauren also served as a Sales Analyst at Fonterra from August 2009 to August 2012 and as a Marketing Coordinator at Barry Callebaut from August 2007 to January 2009.

Additionally, Lauren is currently a Board Member at EALgreen, starting from February 2022.

Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, project management, and strategic planning.

Lauren Williams earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree in Psychology and Social Work from Carthage College. Lauren is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, expected to be completed in 2023.
