Cathal Hardiman

Cathal Hardiman has worked in the financial markets industry for several companies. Cathal started their career in 2011 as an Assistant Trader at Susquehanna International Group (SIG) and then transitioned to the role of Junior Trader. In 2013, they became a Derivatives Sales Trader at SIG and held that position until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, Cathal had a non-compete agreement. In 2018, they joined IMC - Financial Markets as Direct Counterparty Trading & Business Development. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Head of Direct Counterparty Trading Europe.

Cathal Hardiman attended Gonzaga College SJ from 1999 to 2005, although the degree name and field of study for this period are not provided. Cathal then went on to study Mathematics & Economics at Trinity College Dublin from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree. Later, in 2009-2010, Cathal pursued an MSc. degree in Management and Regulation of Risk from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
