Ilona Chen

Ilona Chen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ilona is currently working at IMC Trading as the HR Generalist lead and also serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to that, they worked at Picnic Technologies as an HR Business Partner.

Ilona also has extensive experience at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they held the positions of Senior Career Development Coordinator and Career Development Coordinator, responsible for employee career development and coordination across multiple locations.

Before joining BCG, Ilona worked as an Executive Assistant (working student) at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and as an Assistant Product Manager at L'Oréal. Ilona also gained valuable experience as a Viewing Assistant at Christie's, a Legal Secretary at ROHE advocaten, and an Intern in Merger & Acquisition at Stibbe.

Ilona has additional experience working as a Research Assistant at Top of Minds and in Special Projects at Make a Move Amsterdam. Ilona'sdiverse background and roles showcase their adaptability and skillset in various areas of business and human resources.

Ilona Chen attended NorbertusCollege from 2000 to 2006, where they obtained their VWO degree with a focus on Cultuur & Maatschappij, and studied subjects such as Wiskunde A1,2 (Mathematics) and Biologie 1 (Biology). Ilona then went on to study at Leiden University from 2006 to 2011, completing their LLB (Bachelor of Laws) degree with a specialization in Law. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at Leiden University from 2011 to 2014 and obtained their LLM (Master of Laws) degree, specializing in Corporate Law.
