Kate Gillis

Kate Gillis has a diverse work experience, starting in 1995 as an LGI at MWR - Morale, Welfare, and Recreation DTA USA. Kate then worked as the City of Austin-ISP Supervisor from 2002 to 2007. In 2007, they served as the Director of Aquatics for the City of Dripping Springs. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as the CSR/Dispatch at Double G Transportation. At Gulf Intermodal Services, Kate served as the Lead Dispatch from 2011 to 2015, Operations Manager from 2015 to 2022, and Client Solutions Manager from 2018 to 2022. In 2015, they also joined TXTA as a member of the Board and became a part of the ELC class of 2017. Currently, Kate is the Director of Client Solutions at IMC Companies, where they started in 2022.

Kate Gillis completed their Bachelor of Science degree at The University of Texas at Austin in 2005. Kate'sfield of study included Human Ecology, Geo Science, and UTeach.
