Elisa Pagnani

Elisa Pagnani is an experienced Operations Management Consultant at OPTA - Organizzazione Aziendale, Logistica e Operations since February 2018, specializing in Process Re-engineering, Operations, and Logistics with a focus on information systems. Additionally, Elisa serves as a member of IMCN since October 2021. Previously, Elisa held key positions at ASSA ABLOY Italia, including Seamless & IT Manager, where responsibilities involved optimizing business processes and coordinating both internal and external teams. Elisa also excelled as Lean in Office & Seamless Project Manager, overseeing strategic projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and operational reorganization, and as a Business Process Engineer, leading initiatives to simplify information management and implement a "Paperless" platform for production order management. Elisa holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
