Marek Lnenicka has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marek started their career at CzechInvest in 2006 as a Project Manager for Strategic Projects and New Technologies. Marek then moved on to Kearney in 2007, where they worked as a Principal for eleven years. In 2018, Marek joined IMD Business School as the Head of Strategy and Transformation. Currently, they are the Director (Operations) at an Investment Company, a position they assumed in 2020.

Marek Lnenicka has a diverse education history. Marek obtained their secondary school-leaving exam from GYPE in 2001. Marek then pursued a Bachelor's, Master's, and PhDr. degree in Economics at Charles University from 2001 to 2008. In 2004, they completed classwork for a Maitrise degree in Analyses and Political Economics at the University of Strasbourg. Marek also attended Prague University of Economics and Business from 2005 to 2007, where they earned an Ing. degree in Commercial Law and Industrial Entrepreneurship. In 2006, they participated in an exchange program at Emory University's Goizueta Business School, obtaining a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree. Most recently, in 2020, they attended IMD for two Executive Programs focusing on Mobilizing People and First 90 Days.
