Stephanie Comenge

Stephanie Comenge has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations and roles. Stephanie started their career in 1995 as a New Product Development Manager at SKIL BOSCH Power Tool Company - Chicago. Stephanie then moved on to positions at INSEAD, where they held the roles of Associate Director for Executive Education and Director Partner Development. In 2007, Stephanie became the Managing Partner at Stefco Ltd. Following that, they joined IMD as the Director Corporate Development Americas, then served as the Director Client and Market Development. Currently, they hold the position of Strategic Talent Solutions - Director Europe at IMD.

Stephanie Comenge completed their education as follows: Stephanie obtained a Certified Practitioner - Organisational Consultant & Change Agent degree from The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in 2019. In the same year, they also completed an Advanced Management Program from IMD. In 2013, Stephanie attended the Columbia Coaching Certification Program at Teachers College, Columbia University, specializing in Executive Coaching. Additionally, in 2013, they participated in the Immunity to Change Facilitators Workshop conducted by Minds at Work: Robert Kegan and Lisa Laskow Lahey. Stephanie pursued a Coaching Process course at Hagakure" Ahora es la Hora " in 2012. Stephanie holds an MBA degree from Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, earned between 1996 and 1997. Stephanie's education began with obtaining a Diplom-Kaufmann in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Augsburg in 1993. Additionally, Stephanie has received Hogan Assessment certifications (HPI, HDS, MVPI) from metaBeratung GmbH.
