Karen Guest

Karen Guest is IMEG’s Chief Legal Officer and serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors. Karen joined IMEG in October 2016 and oversees the company’s legal and corporate affairs, as well as compliance.

Karen has over 30 years of experience advising public and private companies, both small and large, in a multitude of areas of the law.

Karen obtained her B.A. in Biology-Chemistry from Whitman College and graduated from the University of Washington School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Washington, Texas and Iowa. Karen has served on the Board of Directors of several non-profits and currently sits on the Board of Vera French Community Mental Health Center.
