Christie Nadratowski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Christie started their career as a Success Advisor at Pace University from 2009 to 2013, where they provided academic advisement and registration services to adult students. Christie then worked as an Academic Advisor and Program Manager for iPace, where they significantly increased student retention rates and helped establish a comprehensive support office for adult students.
