Lissette Caravantes

Lissette Caravantes is an experienced manager and educator specializing in program support and mentorship in the field of post-secondary education. Currently serving as the Manager of Program Support at iMentor since August 2021, Lissette has successfully designed and implemented college programming across four major cities, fostering stronger mentoring relationships that enhance student success. Prior roles include managing post-secondary programs and college success counseling, with a focus on advising students and volunteers to promote post-secondary pathway persistence. Lissette’s background also includes developing marketing strategies and educational content in counseling settings, providing support to marginalized groups, and advocating for best practices in student engagement at higher education institutions. Lissette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Latin American & Latino/a Studies from John Jay College (CUNY).
