Stefan Halstead

Stefan Halstead is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, sales, and counseling. Currently serving as a Program Manager at iMentor since August 2021, Stefan focuses on fostering relationships between students and mentors to enhance post-secondary access and development. Concurrently, Stefan has worked as a Sales Associate at J.Crew since March 2015, demonstrating skills in client styling and sales achievement. Previously, Stefan held roles as a College and Career Counselor at Children's Aid from June 2017 to August 2021 and as a Change Agent with the CUNY Creative Arts Team from September 2010 to June 2017, facilitating workshops focused on sexual health and community development. Additional experience includes positions as a Site Monitor at Children's Aid Society and internships at the Ford Foundation, where Stefan conducted qualitative analyses and contributed to policy investigations. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College, earned in 2015.
