Alexandra Blanco

Testimonial Specialist at Imerman Angels

Alexandra Blanco is currently a Genetic Counseling Intern in the Graduate Program in Genetic Counseling at Northwestern University, with clinical rotations scheduled at the University of Chicago and Northwestern Medicine. In addition to this role, Alexandra serves as a Testimonial Specialist for Imerman Angels and volunteered with Crisis Text Line. Previous experience includes work as a Genetic Counseling Assistant at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and leadership as Chapter President of the Alpha Epsilon Chapter of Phi Mu Fraternity at Florida State University. Alexandra has also interned in cancer genetics and has experience in mentoring and event management while leading freshman interest groups. Alexandra holds a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida State University.
