Huikyong Kim

Huikyong Kim is an experienced application development scientist currently employed at Imerys since April 2023. Prior positions include professional at LG Energy Solution from December 2020 to April 2023, and manager at LG Chem from February 2015 to November 2020. Prior to these roles, Huikyong Kim worked as an ingénieur recherche I - thésard Cifre at Renault from October 2011 to October 2014, focusing on the optimization of lithium-ion battery training cycles, and as a stagiaire at KIST from February 2011 to September 2011, studying the mechanisms of oxygen reduction in molten carbonate fuel cells. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Chemistry specializing in lithium-ion batteries from Université de Picardie Jules Verne (2011-2014) and an engineering degree in New Energies from Chimie ParisTech - PSL (2008-2011).
