Sean Cao

Sean Cao has an extensive work experience in HR management in various multinational companies. Sean started their career in 2008 as an HR Manager in SanDisk™, where they focused on learning and development in the Asia Pacific region. In 2010, they joined Vesuvius as an HR Manager responsible for learning and development, staffing, and Asia Pacific operations. Sean then moved to Imerys in 2014, where they held several roles including HR Manager for the Asia Pacific region and Senior HR Manager for various divisions. Sean later became the Global Transformation Officer and HR Vice President for the Global Business Area and Asia Pacific. Currently, Sean is the HR Vice President for Global Graphite & Carbon, Asia Pacific, and Group Diversity Equity & Inclusion at Imerys.

Sean Cao holds a Master's degree in Human Capital Leadership from Singapore Management University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Facet5 accreditation from Facet5 Ltd, Hogan Assessment Certificate from Hogan Assessment Systems, Leading Across Borders and Cultures, Leading Successful Change, and Strategic Decision Making for Leaders from INSEAD Executive Education, and the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation.
