Jenna Sparagna

Jenna Sparagna is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Immanuel Lutheran Communities since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jenna held various positions at Atria Senior Living from September 2019 to December 2021, including Community Business Director and Engage Life Director. Jenna's career began as a Case Manager at GOOD HEARTS YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES INC from September 2018 to September 2019, and earlier as a Practicum Student at Save a Child's Heart in early 2017. Jenna holds a Master of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Arizona State University (2017-2018) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Texas State University (2011-2015).
