Chief Growth Officer at Immersion Analytics

Andrew Shepard is the Chief Growth Officer at Immersion Analytics. Prior to this, they served as the Global Commercial Director for the GSS Initiative at C&K from May 2017 to June 2018. Andrew was responsible for creating and leading the new global growth initiative with the goal of doubling the size of imported products through distribution and online store within 3-5 years.

Before C&K, Shepard was with Hollingsworth & Vose where they served as the Director of Global Market Management - Engine and Industrial from April 2009 to April 2016. In this role, they led global marketing and product management teams to set strategic directions and fulfill five-year plans for revenue, profitability and new market-driven advanced products. Andrew was responsible for implementing best practices for understanding market drivers, gathering voice of the customer (VOC) data, and focused on large enterprise markets such as industrial, energy, and automotive.

During their time at Hollingsworth & Vose, Shepard also led a process redesign of quoting which reduced process time and increased value selling. Andrew also developed a new product data base for identifying best products and comparisons to market competition.

Andrew Shepard received their BA from Dartmouth College in Engineering and English Double. Andrew then went on to get their MBA from Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Lastly, they attended Belmont Hill School.

Their manager is Bob Levy, Founder, CEO & Board Member. They are on a team with Aaron Moffatt - Chief Technology Officer, Randy Smerik - Corporate Development & Board Member.
