Amanda Respers

Amanda Respers has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Amanda is currently working as a Scrum Master at Immersive Wisdom since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Scrum Master and Software Developer at Leidos from 2016 to 2022. Amanda also worked as a .NET Programmer Analyst at S&K Sales Company from 2013 to 2016 and as a Programmer at Virginia Wesleyan College from 2011 to 2013. Amanda's earlier experience includes working as a Technical Co-Op at MITRE from 2010 to 2011, a Technical Intern at FGM, Inc. in 2009, and as a Student Technical Intern at Unisys in 2008. At Unisys, they worked on updating client healthcare claim attributes and developing a graphical user interface using various programming languages.

Amanda Respers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Hampton University. In addition to their formal education, Amanda has pursued several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Amanda obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2021 and the Leidos Scrum Master certification from Cape Project Management Inc in the same month and year. In May 2022, Amanda achieved the Certified Professional in Agile Coaching certification from ICAgile. Amanda'smost recent certification is the Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC) from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in July 2022.
