Svetlana Dobrynina is a User Experience (UX) Researcher at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada since June 2023, where responsibilities include designing and conducting user studies for various projects using methodologies such as semi-structured interviews and usability testing. Previously, Svetlana served as a Research Assistant at Carleton University from September 2020 to January 2023, focusing on usable online security through comprehensive research processes including literature reviews, methodology design, ethics approval, and data analysis. Svetlana holds a Master of Arts in Human Computer Interaction from Carleton University and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Manchester.
