Georgia O'Donnell has a wide range of work experience. Georgia began their career in 2008 as an Intern at the Bank of England. In 2012, they worked as an Intern at Adam Smith International, where they worked on a successful project proposal to help improve women's access to the judicial system in Ethiopia. In 2013, they became the Business & Development Manager at Indigo Projects London, where they were responsible for property development and construction. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Freelance Business & Policy Researcher, providing industry-wide analysis, opportunity and policy mapping, as well as detailed, highly specific business and investment opportunity studies. In 2018, they began working at Nested.com, where they held roles as Sales Operations, Relationship Manager, and Sales Development Associate. In 2020, they joined Kene Partners Limited as Ecosystem Manager and Immobel Group as Head of Customer Success.

Georgia O'Donnell completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Political Science (Hons) at Trinity College Dublin from 2009 to 2013. Georgia then attended the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2011 and 2012. In 2016, they completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Political Economy at King's College London.
