Janet Choynowski is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in globalization and consulting within the real estate sector. As the Founder and CEO of Immobel Global Real Estate Technology since 1999, Janet Choynowski has focused on providing custom solutions for brokerages, brands, and agents, and offers seminars and coaching in international real estate. Prior to this role, Janet served as the CEO of Prime Property in Poland from 1989 to 2001, where Janet Choynowski brokered the first real estate transaction involving privatized real estate post-communism, established the first real estate brokerage in Poland, and contributed to the development of post-communism real estate laws and MLS services in the country. Additionally, as President and founder of Prime Property/CB Richard Ellis from 1997 to 2000, Janet Choynowski specialized in servicing international clients in Warsaw.
