Ofir Goldberger has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ofir currently holds the position of Executive Director, Corporate Development at ImmPACT Bio. Before joining ImmPACT Bio, they worked at Instil Bio as a Senior Director of Business Development, where they were responsible for licensing, collaboration management, and strategic partnerships. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Standard BioTools, including Senior Director and Director of Corporate Development, as well as Associate Director and Specialist in Corporate Development. Earlier in their career, Goldberger served as the Head of Flow Cytometry Unit at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and Vice President of Bioscience at Aliment Health, Inc. Ofir also worked as a Post-doctoral fellow at Stanford University School of Medicine and pursued their Ph.D. at Weizmann Institute of Science. Goldberger started their career as an IT project manager assistant and programmer at Dun & Bradstreet (Israel) Ltd. Ofir also served as a Tank Commander in the 188th Armored Brigade.

Ofir Goldberger has a diverse education history. In 1996, they began their undergraduate studies at Tel Aviv University, earning a B.Sc. in Biology, General. Ofir then pursued further education at the Weizmann Institute of Science, where they completed an M.Sc. in Life Sciences, specializing in Immuno-oncology, from 1999 to 2001. Continuing their academic journey, Goldberger obtained a Ph.D. in Life Sciences, with a focus on cancer immunology, from the Weizmann Institute of Science between 2001 and 2007.

In later years, Goldberger sought to expand their knowledge beyond their scientific background. In 2012, they attended Stanford Continuing Studies and completed a program in Marketing for Non-Marketing Professionals. Ofir further diversified their skillset at Stanford Continuing Studies in 2015, focusing on Negotiation Mastery and Advanced Theory and Practice. That same year, they also emphasized the ICON collaborative framework.

Goldberger's dedication to continuous learning led him to Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2011, where they obtained a Certificate in Stanford Ignite, showcasing their commitment to entrepreneurial leadership. In 2019, they further honed their business acumen at the Executive Education program at Stanford Graduate School of Business, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. Ofir also explored the intersection of Technology, Business Law, and Intellectual Property Strategies through a program at Stanford Continuing Studies in the same year.
