Betsy Williams has extensive work experience in the animal health industry. Elizabeth (Betsy) has held various leadership positions at multiple companies throughout their career.

Starting in 1989, Betsy worked as a Microbiology Team Leader at Pfizer, where they conducted and led microbiological testing of sterile injectables and medicated feed additives. Elizabeth (Betsy) also conducted validation of aseptic processes at the site.

In 1992, Betsy was promoted to the role of Validation Scientist at Pfizer. In this position, they created a validation program that was fully compliant with regulatory standards. Elizabeth (Betsy) developed standards for conducting process and cleaning validation, and successfully validated all processes, receiving positive reviews from regulatory authorities.

In 1995, Betsy became the Manager of Process Development and Product Development at Pfizer. Elizabeth (Betsy) led the site validation and change control program and prepared all site operations for the transfer of five new products from R&D. Betsy also partnered with global R&D teams in a co-development initiative to accelerate product approval and launch.

In 1999, Betsy was promoted to Manufacturing Director at Pfizer. Elizabeth (Betsy) directed all production operations for a department of 125 colleagues and led a successful turnaround of manufacturing operations. Betsy achieved over 95% schedule adherence, cost savings, and work-life balance for operations. Elizabeth (Betsy) also implemented facility, procedural, and behavioral transformations that resulted in successful global inspections.

In 2003, Betsy was appointed Site Leader at Pfizer's Lee's Summit site. Elizabeth (Betsy) led all manufacturing and supply activities for the site, which included aseptic injectables, non-aseptic topicals, and medicated feed additives. Betsy achieved customer supply levels of over 98% and ensured strong regulatory compliance, environmental health, safety results, and financial favorability of $5 million.

From 2006 to 2008, Betsy served as a Site Leader at Pfizer's Lincoln, NE site. Elizabeth (Betsy) was responsible for manufacturing and supply activities, including antigen, vaccines, and pharmaceutical products. Betsy successfully supplied all products at a 100% customer service level.

In 2008, Betsy became Site Leader for Pfizer's satellite operations at two locations. Elizabeth (Betsy) fulfilled all goals and obligations of a three-year contract with GlaxoSmithKline and led all site manufacturing and supply activities.

From 2011 to 2012, Betsy was promoted to the role of Vice President of Operations at Pfizer, where they led operations of five internal manufacturing sites in the US and Latin America. Elizabeth (Betsy) also led six direct reports and an organization of 1,200 colleagues.

From 2012 to 2014, Betsy worked as Vice President of Operations at Zoetis, the world's largest global animal health company. Elizabeth (Betsy) was responsible for leading all US manufacturing sites, which included 11 internal sites and over 30 external contractors. Betsy oversaw aseptic and non-aseptic pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and medicated feed additives.

Finally, in 2016, Betsy joined ImmuCell Corporation as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations. Elizabeth (Betsy) was hired to increase manufacturing capacity and meet the growing demand for the company. Their focus was on driving an immediate impact on First Defense operations and supply. Betsy also led the construction and installation of a new product commercial-scale API manufacturing facility and subsequent regulatory approval and commercialization.

Elizabeth (Betsy) Williams has an educational background with an MBA, specializing in Management, from Rockhurst University. Before pursuing their Master's, they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
