Ang Tu

Ang (Andy) Tu is a Senior Computational Biologist at Immunai, where responsibilities include leading the development of cloud-based immunofluorescence imaging analysis workflows and enhancing software functionality via Python/R package maintenance. Previous roles include Senior Scientist and Scientist in Computational Biology and Immunology at Immunitas Therapeutics, co-leading target discovery and modeling T cell responses in tumors. An accomplished PhD Candidate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Ang (Andy) developed high-throughput sequencing technologies and studied T cell roles in allergies using advanced analysis techniques. As a co-founder of Archon Medical Technologies, innovations such as the FastStitch abdominal wall closure device were realized, complemented by a strong academic foundation in Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
