Grace Lytle has had an extensive and varied work experience in the ophthalmology field. Grace is currently serving as the Executive Ocular Medical Director at ImmunoGen, Inc. Prior to that, they worked at Glaukos Corporation as the Vice President of Global Medical Affairs and later as the Sr. Dir. and Global Head of Medical Affairs.

Before their time at Glaukos Corporation, Lytle held the position of Vice President of Medical Affairs at Avedro, Inc. where they developed and implemented global Medical Affairs strategies, facilitated research, and provided clinical expertise to healthcare providers.

Lytle also worked as the Senior Medical Director at Avellino Lab, establishing relationships with key opinion leaders and serving as a clinical resource. In addition to that, they held multiple roles at Avedro, Inc., including Vice President of Professional and Medical Affairs and Director of Professional Education and Medical Affairs.

Early in their career, Lytle worked as an Optometrist at Eye Center of the North Shore, where they established a successful contact lens services department. Grace also gained advanced training as a Cornea and Contact Lens Resident at New England Eye Institute, specializing in contact lens fitting and management of corneal conditions.

Throughout their various roles, Lytle has demonstrated their expertise in clinical applications and medical affairs within the ophthalmology field.

Grace Lytle holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Northeastern University, which they completed between 2000 and 2004. Grace then pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Vision Science at New England College of Optometry from 2004 to 2009. Grace continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree in Optometry from 2004 to 2008.
