Vasily Tsvetkov

Co-Founder, Chief Scientific Officer at ImmunoMind

Vasily Tsvetkov has a background in bioinformatics and cell biology research. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Research Intern at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT), where they developed a model for the prediction of geroprotective activity of drugs and curated a database of geroprotectors reported in literature. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Research Assistant and Cell Biology Research Intern at the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University. In 2018, they became a Bioinformatics Researcher at the Shemyakin-Ovchinnikov Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry, RAS. In 2020, they joined the Berkeley SkyDeck Spring 2020 Cohort BIO, and they are currently Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer at ImmunoMind, where they are improving the design of T-cell therapies by precisely identifying T-cell subpopulations and their immune profile.

Vasily Tsvetkov has a Doctor of Medicine - MD from The Russian State Medical University, which they obtained in 2017. In 2021, they obtained a certification from MIT xPRO for Drug and Medical Device Development: A Strategic Approach. Vasily also participated in the SkyDeck accelerator program at University of California, Berkeley in 2020.
