Milou Smits

Milou Smits is a research technician with extensive experience in biomedical sciences. Currently, Milou is employed at ImmunoPrecise Antibodies since March 2021, previously serving as a Junior Research Technician. Prior experience includes working at the Hubrecht Institute in the Developmental Biology and Stem Cell Research group from June 2019 to December 2020, and a student-assistant role at Sint Maartenskliniek from November 2018 to May 2019. Milou also completed internships at the Radboud Institute for Molecular Life Sciences in 2016 and 2018, focusing on various aspects of kidney physiology and toxicology, alongside a research internship at Bijwerkingencentrum Lareb regarding vaccine safety communication. Milou holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Radboud University, obtained between 2013 and 2018.
