Mike Smith

Mike Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mike began their career as a Surgical Services Technician in 1994 and worked in this role until 2006. Mike then transitioned to a role as an HR Generalist and Corporate Recruiter, where they were responsible for interviewing, screening, testing, and evaluating applicants.

In 2010, Mike took on the role of Logistics/Marketing Manager before joining the United States Air Force, where they held various positions. As a Human Resources QA Program Manager, they were responsible for tracking market analysis, trends, and sales data using Microsoft and Excel products. As a Senior Trainer, Mike transformed the day-to-day business by implementing a disciplined set of responsibilities and acted as a key consultant to executive leadership.

In 2014, Mike became a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, where they managed recruitment, training, marketing, and sales development for a 3-state region. Mike consistently met and exceeded recruiting goals and targets.

In 2020, Mike joined Systematic Business Consulting as an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter, specializing in recruiting for manufacturing companies. Mike successfully placed candidates in various positions and generated significant revenue for the company.

In 2022, Mike worked at RightWorks Staffing, Inc. as the Director of Recruiting, where they actively sourced candidates and filled requisitions for clients. Mike also acquired new clients and played a crucial role in the agency's operations. Currently, Mike is working as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at ImmunoTek Bio Centers, LLC.

Mike Smith began their education in 2015 at the Community College of the Air Force where they obtained two associate's degrees. The first degree was in Surgical Technology/Technologist, and the second degree was in Human Resources Management and Services. Mike then continued their education at Ashford University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management. In 2018, Mike obtained a Professional Manager's Certificate from Air University.
