Tom Pennison

Tom Pennison is an experienced financial executive with a diverse background in various industries. Tom is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at ImmunoTek Bio Centers, LLC, where they oversee the development of FDA Blood Establishments focused on Source Plasma donations. Prior to this role, they worked as the President of their own consulting firm, Pennison Consulting, LLC.

Earlier in their career, Tom held leadership positions at On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina and Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer and played a key role in directing the strategic future of these multi-unit restaurant companies. Tom also led Del Frisco's Restaurant Group through a successful IPO.

Tom Pennison earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of New Orleans, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. Tom further pursued their education at the same university and obtained an MBA in Business Administration from 2000 to 2001. In addition to their degrees, Tom has also obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State Board of CPAs of Louisiana in July 1991.
