Thomas Yao

Thomas is a partner of IMO Ventures meanwhile an active angel investor based in Silicon Valley. He invested in 2 of the 7 hottest startups in North America in 2017. He was previously an investment partner at FreeS Fund, was part of the core team of HTC Vive, and was the head executive for the Asia Pacific at IDEO. Thomas holds an MBA degree from Stanford University, a Master degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor degree in applied physics from Fudan University in Shanghai.
