Ronal Resmini Balena has a long and varied work history, starting with Bosch in 2003. During their time there, they held various roles, including Senior Manager, Senior Project Manager, Senior Manager Engineering, Manager, Platform Project Manager: NBL Generator - China, Project Manager, Process Engineer, and Trainee. In 2014, they became a Sócio at Confraria da Barba. In 2018, they were Managing Partner @ KonnecTo Brazil, and in 2019, they were both the Founder of imobles and a local partner @floripa office for weme.

Ronal Resmini Balena obtained a Major in Business Administration from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina between 1998 and 2002, as well as a Control and Automation Engineering (Mechatronics) degree from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina between 1998 and 2002.
