Tom Newbould is currently serving as the Practice Lead for Business & Technology Alignment and Senior Principal Consultant at Impact 21, a global consulting company focused on end-to-end business and technology services for various industries. Prior to this, Tom was the Owner at Mr. Handyman of Cleveland’s Northwest Suburbs and held several leadership positions at TravelCenters of America, including Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Director of Stores. With a background in merchandising, marketing, and business management, Tom has a strong track record of driving revenue and successfully implementing strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives. Tom also has a Bachelor's degree in Business - Accounting and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University.
