VP, Revenue Operations at Impact

Jeff Whelton is the VP of Revenue Operations at Impact. Prior to joining Impact, Jeff served as the VP of Go-to-Market (GTM) Transformation at Acoustic from January 2020 to December 2021. In this role, they led transformation efforts worldwide for a modern, high capacity sales model of a MarTech SaaS company. Their responsibilities also included territory alignment, quota & compensation, deal desk and pipeline sufficiency.

Before joining Acoustic, Jeff was the VP of Sales Operations at Harland Clarke from January 2018 to April 2020. In this role, they led sales analytics, quota and comp plans, territory planning, proposals, sales force automation, and sales enablement. Jeff reported to the CRO with a charter to modernize Sales Operations and drive growth. Under their leadership, the company successfully grew strategic bookings by 40% YOY.

From January 2016 to December 2018, Jeff served as the President and Board Member at Fortress Plus. In this role, they restarted a failed SaaS provider of fraud detection and prevention, regulatory compliance, security and risk management. Jeff then rolled the company into a FinTech provider for LatAm.

Prior to joining Fortress Plus, Jeff held various roles at D+H from January 2002 to December 2016, including VP of Sales Operations, VP of Product Marketing, and VP of FP&A.

Jeff Whelton has a MBA in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin and a BBA in Economics from Texas Tech University. Jeff is certified in ValueSelling Framework from ValueSelling Associates, Inc. and Sales Operations and Salesforce for Sales Managers from LinkedIn.

They work with Maya Shah - AVP, Sales, Lindsey Pint - Regional VP, Enterprise Sales, and Blaine Smith - AVP, Sales. Jeff Whelton reports to Mike Head, Chief Revenue Officer.
