Marlon R. is currently serving as an Achieve More and Prosper (A.M.P.) Coach at IMPACT Community Action since March 2024. Previously, Marlon worked as a Youth Program Coordinator & Instructor at LIFETIME FITNESS, where responsibilities included planning and implementing interactive fitness programs for children. As a Research Assistant at The Ohio State University, Marlon developed an international survey focused on the micro-economic impacts of defense supply chains and collaborated with various institutions, including Raytheon Technologies. Additional experience includes a Legislative Intern position with the City of Columbus, where Marlon conducted research and drafted policy recommendations, and a Planning Intern role with the City of Hamilton, Ohio. Marlon started a career at the Ohio Department of Public Safety as a Transportation Intern, ensuring compliance with transit laws. Marlon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Management, Leadership, and Policy from The Ohio State University, earned in May 2023.
