Kendall Golightly

Kendall Golightly is a well-known figure in the Atlanta development community. Kendall has held various roles throughout their career, showcasing their expertise in equity development, program management, engineering, construction management, and real estate. Notable positions include Vice President at Impact Development Management, LLC, where they have successfully overseen multi-family and resort-style projects, including the City of Sandy Springs City Springs development. Kendall also served as Head of Business Development at Seek One Productions, focusing on hunting whitetails in the Atlanta suburbs. In addition, they have significant experience in the archery industry as a Pro Staff member for Hoyt Archery Inc. Kendall has a strong background in project management, having worked as Vice President and Project Site Representative/Consultant at Carter, where they delivered various facilities projects and managed comprehensive bond programs. Kendall has also held positions at TruQuality, Meyer Engineering, Resort Ventures, and Novare Group, demonstrating their versatility and expertise in the industry.

Kendall Golightly attended Kennesaw State University from 1994 to 2000, majoring in Marketing. Later, from 2010 to 2019, they completed OSHA Safety Training, obtaining certifications in Hazwoper 40, OSHA 30, and OSHA 30 Construction.
