Mia Tønnesen

Mia Tønnesen has extensive work experience in project management, leadership, and process optimization. Mia is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at IMPACT Extend A/S since 2022. Previously, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Nuuday from 2021 to 2022, where they oversaw all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation with a focus on business needs and customer satisfaction.

Prior to that, Mia worked at YouSee from 2018 to 2021 in various roles, including Chapter Lead, Product Owner, and Project Manager. As a Chapter Lead, they were responsible for managing team members and improving processes and systems through optimization and stakeholder management. As a Product Owner, they translated business strategy and goals into efficient processes and systems for YouSee contact centers. As a Project Manager, they successfully coordinated the implementation of multiple projects.

Before joining YouSee, Mia worked at TDC Group from 2012 to 2018, where they held roles as a Process Consultant and Educational Consultant. As a Process Consultant, they focused on optimizing customer experiences using a LEAN mindset. As an Educational Consultant, they ensured the quality of learning in TDC's contact centers by preparing and optimizing learning material and training employees.

Then, from 2015 to 2018, Mia attended Erhvervsakademi Aarhus | Business Academy Aarhus, where they earned their Academy Profession in Leadership & Management degree with a focus on leadership and management. Following their degree, Mia continued their education at Erhvervsakademi Aarhus | Business Academy Aarhus from 2019 until 2020, where they obtained a Diploma of Leadership in the field of leadership and management.

Finally, Mia acquired SAFe Leading certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019.
