Alex Hall is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food industry. Currently serving as Food Director at Impact Food Group since March 2024, Alex also contributes as a Guardians of Grub Ambassador for WRAP since October 2022, focusing on waste reduction in the food sector. Additionally, since June 2020, Alex has been involved as a #fairkitchens Ambassador, promoting inclusivity and positive kitchen culture. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Chef and Culinary Team Leader for Food Solutions at Unilever until March 2024, Group Head Chef at Creativevents, Head Chef at The Wesleyan Hotel, and In Flight Chef for Gulf Air. Alex's culinary education was completed at Westminster Kingsway College from 1997 to 1999.
