Andy Lidster

Andy Lidster is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the catering industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef and Assistant Catering Manager at Impact Food Group since December 2022, Andy previously worked at NOURISH CONTRACT CATERING LIMITED as Contract Support Manager. Prior to that, a position as Head Chef was held at New Line Learning Academy from December 2018 to September 2022. Andy's career began at Leeds Castle as Junior Sous Chef, progressing to Chef De Partie at Benenden School and culminating in significant responsibilities in kitchen management. Andy's educational background includes GCSEs obtained at Upbury Manor School from 1994 to 1999.
