Jose Juan Munguia's work experience began in 1989 at General Motors as a Mfg. Engineer / Ops, where they were involved in project management, new product/process design, construction of tooling and equipment, and plant stabilization. Jose Juan then served as Operation and Assistance Plant Manager, overseeing manufacturing operations and product launches for Vehicle and Powertrain plants.
