Steven Nishida

Steven Nishida is a seasoned professional in leadership development and organizational transformation, currently serving as the Global Practice Lead and Senior Consultant at Impact since July 2016. Nishida's role includes designing global initiatives, developing thought leadership content, and overseeing key accounts in various sectors. Prior experience includes consulting for diverse organizations, facilitating courses at Columbia University, and leading international initiatives at Nara Institute of Science and Technology, where Steven doubled global partnerships and secured substantial funding for educational programs. With a strong educational background, including an M.A. in Organizational Psychology and ongoing Ed.D. studies at Columbia University, Nishida also brings significant entrepreneurial expertise from founding and directing a global communications and leadership school.
