Welcome Rose

Welcome Rose is currently working as the Program Director for the National PREA Resource Center’s Auditor Training and Certification at Impact Justice. Prior to this role, Welcome was a Senior Program Associate at Impact Justice and also runs their own consulting business, Rose Corrections Consulting LLC, where Welcome is a Certified PREA Auditor for the US Department of Justice. With experience in various roles within the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections, Welcome has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with emphases in Corrections and Law Enforcement, as well as a minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
