Mike Hannigan

Mike Hannigan is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in nonprofit governance and social entrepreneurship. As President and Founder of Community Benefit Corporation since January 2019, Mike has demonstrated a commitment to community service and social impact. Mike serves as a Board Member for several organizations, including Impact Makers, Social Imprints, Senda Athletics, and Youth Employment Partnership. Previously, Mike co-founded and led Give Something Back Office Products, which operated from September 1991 until November 2018, and was a key figure in the company's transition to a B-Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Criminology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from UC San Diego. Additionally, Mike held leadership roles on boards, such as the Oakland Workforce Investment Board, where oversight of federal workforce funding and development strategies occurred.
