Katrin Dougherty possesses extensive experience in youth workforce development and education. Since July 2021, Katrin has served as the Program Manager and Co-Founder of the Supa Fresh Youth Farm at Impact NW, where over 1,000 low-income, underserved children and youth are served annually through innovative programs developed under Katrin's leadership. Prior to this role, Katrin spent over a decade at Oregon Human Development Corporation, co-founding YouthSource and the Supa Fresh Youth Farm, overseeing various educational and workforce initiatives, and managing significant budgets. Additional experience includes teaching at Bozeman High School, instructing snowboarding, and supervising garden services and ski school staff. Katrin's educational background includes degrees in Secondary Education: Social Studies and History from Montana State University-Bozeman, along with a School Garden Coordinator Certificate from Portland State University.
